HoboEye Art:
Nico Stinghe, Montreal, Canada
Married to his camera and engaged to his obstinacy of perfect images whilst having a constant rendezvous with characters and metaphorical analogies, Nico Stinghe is a player in the photography realm. Befitting germane emotions at the moment of his visual depiction, his analytical notion of the bourgeois and plebian subjects are always spun into interesting cobwebs. He is a storyteller in his own nature, the century’s Father Goose in one’s secret imagination: his photography peels your emotions and darkest secret entailing into a story you never knew existed.
The founder and Principal Visual Director of his artistic documentary company, SideWalk Creations, shares his intense love and adoration for visual aesthetic connotations and beautiful poetry. A union of photography and poetry - SideWalk Creations is a documentary company currently undertaking a photographic documentary on collectives and the society¹s globalization issues through different communication mediums and static/motion representation.
Having studied Architecture and, Pure and Applied Science, in his words, “Architecture is science, from social understanding to physical responses.” Nico Stinghe recently had his Photography Exhibition in Gallerie Yergeau du Quartier last March 2006, and in July, he was announced as TAXI Design Network’s Official Photographer for the international design festival, Icograda Design Week in Seattle. Leaving his wanderlust footprints in North America, Nico Stinghe is having photography documentary exhibitions in Vancouver and his works have been widely published in Europe and North America...
